This website is operated by Alicia & Enzo Di Santo, performing as Velvet Rose ("we", "us"), acting as joint controllers for the personal data described below.

Velvet Rose is an independent artistic project created and operated by Alicia & Enzo Di Santo. Depending on the nature and location of each engagement, performances are contracted through trusted production companies or employers, in accordance with the applicable legal and employment framework. Velvet Rose is not incorporated as a separate legal entity and therefore does not have its own SIRET or VAT registration.

What data we collect

We only collect the information you choose to provide through our contact form: your name, email address and, where applicable, the date and type of your event, together with the content of your message.

Our web hosting provider also records standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security, maintenance and technical operation.

Why we use it, and on what legal basis

• To respond to your enquiry and prepare a possible booking — legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• To ensure the security, availability and proper functioning of this website — legal basis: our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Cookies

This website does not use advertising, analytics or profiling cookies, and it does not load content from third parties. Our fonts and the short audio previews available on the Our Sound page are hosted on our own server, so no data is transmitted to external providers simply by visiting this website.

We only use a strictly necessary technical cookie created by our contact form to maintain your session and protect against automated form abuse (CSRF). Under the ePrivacy Directive and CNIL guidance, strictly necessary cookies do not require prior consent. For this reason, no cookie consent banner is displayed.

Who can see your data

Your message is delivered directly to our mailbox.

Our hosting and email service providers process your data solely on our behalf and only to the extent necessary to provide their services.

We do not sell, rent or share your personal data for marketing purposes, nor do we transfer it outside the European Union for our own purposes.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are retained for the time necessary to respond to your request and, where a booking follows, for the duration of our professional relationship.

Enquiries that do not result in further contact are deleted within three years of our last exchange, in accordance with CNIL recommendations.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to request access to your personal data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, objection to processing, and data portability.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL), the French supervisory authority for data protection.

Language

This Privacy Policy is available in both English and French. In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy between the two versions, the French version shall prevail.
